I think I am going to use a 750 SX intake grate cut and rewelded to fit, a 750 pump, TBM stuffer/cone, and a PJS nozzle. I think the nozzle is like 84 or 85 mm! I will have to run a steer pitch prop, and the long cone. I hope it works good. Any ideas on pitch to use?

Stock 94/95 X2's had 52 hp. 92-94 Single carb small pin 750's had 60 hp. Both are according to the service manuals. SXi Pro big pins were 75 hp. 750 ZXi's were 85 hp and 800 SXR's are 80 hp... all stock... I would say you will be at least 70 tp 75 hp.

Never ridden one but always wanted ot try one. Supposedly you can rail turns on them. They are unstable for sitting still too. They are teh ski to have for racing the "sport class" which consists of Wave Blasters, X2's, HX's, and Polaris Hurricanes.

I have a notion to have a custom water box made... After looking at my Coffman and Factory pipe, all I need is an aluminum tube. Just put some baffels in it and plenty of places for water hook ups.

Ah... it was on sale and this ski has a lot of purple on it anyways. It is going to be the "girlie ski." My 94 is getting the 800 engine and black diamond HT. I actually thought of getting pink! You know if a girl say a ski with some pink turf, they would be all over it. :)

All I know is I better get a ride on the new ski :)

What size is your pump nozzle? I read where you said the steer nozzle was 84 mm. Also what kind of pump shoe is that? I am getting ready to put a 750/800 pump into my X2. Thanks, DAVE

There is seller on eBay selling plus to block off the horizontal neck on those 440/550 tanks. Look Up sweetemos or search "Kawasaki PJS" If not Jet Ski Solutions is making filler necks to go in them.
