So basically you can get about 100 pounds difference in SXR weight by using your hull and hood. I bet a bunch of weight can be saved by switching hand poles too. Back in my younger days.. like 6 years ago, I replaced my 650 stock pole to an AC pole. MAJOR weight savings! I need to weight...

I would go with a Skat mag of some kind, not real sure of the diameter. I have a 96 1100 ZXi engine but it needs a full rebuild. I got the ski cheap and parted the rest that I won't need making my money back plus some to boot. I would use the 1100 engine, V Force reeds, R&D intake manifold...
