How I look for things like your hose filler is first go to partzilla.com, then get the part number and/or description and put it into ebay. I did that for you, and I couldn't find any filler hose for a super jet whatsoever. Unless someone else has better ideas, you may have to buy a longer...

Curious how the @waxhead rear sponsons would compare to a Quadra-fin or Jet Dynamics ride plate. Don't the ride plates prevent slide out by longitudinal fins or a concave which -- in effect -- creates two fins, versus the rear sponsons which only prevent slide out when the ski is leaned over...

Rebuilding carbs now. Went out twice with @fx1dave aka @wavewarrior with his FX-1, but he is an animal with super human skills… (He keeps telling me to just buy a Super Jet…)

OK guys. Talk to me about ride plates. I have the Protec on my FX-1. How does the Jet Dynamics ride plate perform vs the Protec? And which one is better and why?

Thank you. After I found the round top goes into the crank in the diagram, I actually saw that the groove in the crank itself had a round cup to receive it. Now I need to know if I have it seated properly. I will torque it to 50 foot pounds and then see if the cover fits, if you have any...
