Pull the spark plugs out and see if you can grab the driveshaft couplers and spin it over by hand. If that works I'd try a known good battery.

Agreed. Or base gasket / head gasket... im guessing head gasket. If it runs good otherwise, water is probably seeping in somewhere once you stop and take a break from riding

Spin the motor over right behind the engine where the drive shafts couple together. You should be able to grab it with both hands and spin it over (take out the spark plugs first)
