The power looks correct now. The pink wires from the harness shouldn't be used; this was for the heat sensor. As for the ground, as long as you have each component grounded, you don't need it. It looks like you unplugged your power and connected it to the cdi. You need to add a power wire for the cdi instead it that makes sense.

They’re talking about the grommet that the stator wires pass through on a standard 61x/62t setup. It connects to the crankcase side. On a 760, it’s just a blank without holes in it since the stator wires pass through the flywheel cover.

I just use automotive urethane. I've done both single stage and base coat/clear coat. If you are interested in the Interlux and can't spray, I don't have experience myself, but have seen good results when people use the proper 'roll and tip' method. May consider looking into that.
