I wouldnt use weld unless you want to sit there and sand it forever but not sand it to much and not sand it on an angle, plus it will get the metal to hot. Give jb weld a shot.

That looks like a good setup. You will notice some more power, but not to the boats potential. 61x cylinders WILL NOT bolt up to 6m6 cases without boring the cases out. That guy had the cases bored out, so you would have to use his cases and put your crank in there. I would stick to a single...

you can use your same electronics for the 760 also.... same exact things, just bigger displacement and different port times......

They will NOT bolt right up. you will have to bore the cases so the sleeves can fit it. Also, boring a 61x to 84 mm is not going to be safe. the sleeves will be very thin. In the long run you will actually be spending more money with more down time. Can I ask how much he wants to charge?

I ride my stuff HARD, i dont have any kenny keepers, but i do have umi couplers and wamiltons motormounts. been running this for over a year and broke 2 motormounts due to another reason. I dont ride surf full time, but if you do i would recomend them. If you dont ride surf, dont get them...

As far forward you can get it. mine is so far forward it takes me about 15 min just to get it in the hole... major pain in the ass, but it looks nice once its in.

why would you want to warm up your engine than stick it in 10 degree water. wouldnt that cause some destruction?
