Put the fricken reg sticker on and they probably would not have pulled you over... In my state a replacement sticker is $3.45. You wasted more time with these posts (let alone time on the water) than what the sticker costs. To the OP, these rules are pretty much everywhere and nothing...

I prefer the "smooth" turf. I did everything except the bottom of my tray. It probably would be fine on the bottom too. I'll try to take pics tonight.
