Pumpshoe voids will have to be filled and the opening ground bigger. The intake gullet will have to be widened to really feel the benefit of the larger pump, I went to 160mm wide with my 146mm Skat
How about another chamber for the Rad Dudes manifold/header as the fllow in PFP/RRP manifolds favour the rear cylinder? Kawi Dry manifold is balanced flow but too small on the ID at the flange
