the ski I am looking at right now has a screw stripped on the top of a b pipe. how big of a deal is this and how would I go about fixing it?

whats the stock compression for 701? I am looking at one that has 150 in each cylinder. the ski is a 2000 with B pipe. the guy is is asking 3300 for it.
