I bought a r&d angled reed spacer which had the second pulse line built in. If I didn’t buy the spacer I would have drilled. Maybe you can find r&d reed spacer so you don’t have to drill? In pic it was just looped to keep debris out of motor.

Looks like riva freeride with some custom mods. The brace at elbow and coupler flange are not original for sure. I had one of the riva pipes and the flange broke like this one probably did. The flange that's welded on looks to a machined piece pretty sure they didn't come that way, at least mine...

I have a bob gen 2 and uses a stock RN hose or the aftermarket silicone ones. I currently have the aftermarket silicone that's cut to fit a x scream box. Looks like you may have a SN hose, they are smaller in diameter.

I know hurricane sells wrap/sticker kits for tubes. Would be cheap to just by wrap from ebay though. I've seen them powdercoated too, but makes adjusting them harder.
