Another weak point on the Superfreaks (Carbon BA's in my experience) has been the bond rails at the back 24" or so of the ski. Have had to do minor reinforcement on both of mine with that.

Kind of. Lost the corner of the finger. Its now covered in scar tissue. It hurts and has lack of feeling at the same time. I can still type, operate a clutch lever, and a bike brake lever with it at 90% of original ability. Struggle a bit when using that finger working on skis and such...

IIRC the bottom deck was modeled after an SXR. I personally found the Rok to be a blast for rec type riding.

I've got a bare Setback Maxx 148 that I've been meaning to post for sale. You'd need to source bearings, seals, and DS. Pretty sure JM carries all of that though.
