Maybe he will finish it someday, probably just wishful thinking.

    Freestyle FV-PRO Flatwater Shenanigans

I don't run ethanol fuel. Jaz caps can be a little finicky, I just prefer screw on caps, simplicity.

    Freestyle FV-PRO Flatwater Shenanigans

They are 2" at the back of the wedge and are very stiff, nothing like under pad, they are also very expensive. I wanted my holds setup like Twake's DVX, so had to have them.

    Freestyle FV-PRO Flatwater Shenanigans

This ski already had a ratchet strap setup on the dash, I cut my leg open on one once, so I wanted it gone. Moved it under the pole Made a stainless steel limiting rope hook/strap holder in its place Custom SS backer plate, will use nylon nuts for final install.

    Freestyle FV-PRO Flatwater Shenanigans

I'll be running a 3 gallon jaz tank, I'm not a big fan of the plastic aircraft style top, it can be finnicky at times, I also don't like the rubber compression fitting you have to run with that setup, they work, but don't like how they look. New tank with standard cap I made a stainless...

    Freestyle FV-PRO Flatwater Shenanigans

I plan to make a few parts I need out of carbon fiber, I enjoy making my own parts, it's also nice to be able to make them perfect for my application, instead of modifying a new part. I vac bag everything, you get a much stronger, lighter, better looking part this way. Fresh out of the...

    Freestyle FV-PRO Flatwater Shenanigans

Finally broke down and got me a carbon fiber ski, after riding two of my friends DVX's over the summer, I knew I had to get into the carbon flatwater game. I was having no luck finding a used dvx hull and didn't really want to drop 9k on a new one, so I pulled the trigger on what i hear is the...

    Tnt vs pfp

My vote would be for the PFP, that's what I just ordered, 3 of my buddies that have ran both were able to get more power out of the PFP.

    Yamaha blue gel coat

I didn't say you couldn't, but there is better paint to use on smc. That's why factory uses epoxy on the bottom deck.

    Yamaha blue gel coat

I wouldn't gel-coat the bottom, doesn't stick to smc that great. Your need a gel-coat gun, compressor, etc to spray gel coat, your have to wet sand/buff when done, it'll have orange peel.

    Enclosed Trailer vs Shop Questions

I've done some work in my enclosed. Prefer to work on my ski in the shop though. Have access to a lot more tools, more space, better lighting etc. I do store them in the enclosed usually.

    Deveined exit nozzel

I've done many of them, takes me about an hour to get them smooth. Use a electric or air hack saw and a DA grinder.

    fresh hull build-

When you do start vac bagging, I assume your step up to some s-2 cloth glass? Mat like your using would be a waste in vac bag materials.
