Pleasure Turn high screws out to 3 turns and test, turn in 1/2 turn, test, turn in 1/2 turn, test, etc. Don't push it for too long, once you feel it stops improving, turn out 1/2 turn again to keep it safe

120m is for blocked or no crossover. Plug gap is way too big

To give you context of the pipe, my engine mounts are set back 3" Mid-section is a about the same diameter as V2, tuned length is longer and totally different cone angles

All you are allowed to see for now, still a prototype so not pretty

Well it does perform better than a V2, in back to back testing

Maybe, it is running a custom pipe, LOL It is Skat SB pump-shaft, stock as received.

Pump spins easily by hand with prop tightened in it, and clearance was 0.3mm, so pump is good.

Sounds like a big-end bearing has gone

It is a Maxx Kawi 155 SB pump. SB stub-shaft, this one is genuine Skat

115 pilots and 135 mains are stock in 44mm carbs, so jetting should be close. Do you gap your plugs, need to be about .024

I do tighten it a fair bit as I used have problems with prop spinning loose. I think the shaft must be stainless steel or similar that can't take stretch. DASA1200
