i am on a vacation in italie right now , and i brought the ski with me . i did the last few things here and i am gona test ride it in a few days !! i can't wait to ride it the first time !!

everything is built together , and now i did bring the ski to the painter ( i can not wait for the final result ,and how it will look like ) i also made a breather handle pole !! i hope it will work . i will post pics when it comes back with paint on it

i have decided to make some adjustable motormounts , so i can play with the motor position if needed . the more i look at the ski , i think the next ski will have the topdeck a little lower than this one . i have some no needed space above the motor , what do you guys think ??

the price is actualy why i started my projekt , it is impossible for me to pay 5 to 10 grand on a hull and than i have to ship it to the netherlands , and pay a lot of taxes . and besides that i like to built special things like this , in the past i have made a one of a kind klx 110 pitbike...

the chine is exactly the same as the other side , it is because i did use gelgoat that is for sanding . when the ski is ready i go spray paint it . so it is an optical allusion .

my first hood and footholds came out of the mold perfectly

NO it is custom made !!! but it is inspired by an xfs , as far as i now there are no xfs ski's in the netherlands

the molds are ready but the plug did not make it !! lol i am learning al the time , i will post pics when i progress . and thanks for the great comments .

we did some air between the plug and the mold ,it did help at some spots but it did not completely come lose .

i did use 5 layers of wax . and i have made a small flange for strengthen the mold , do you think it is to small ??
