Im not going to get into any poop shows with @701dave because there was alot of witnesses to see what happened when the part/weld failed. You know about the pictures as you and your rep got them and saw them and im not the only one here that had issue with welds breaking. I know things break...
@hooter I was the one who sold the steering to @jpweeks173 so I know extactly where it was how hard it was ridden ect. It was also supposed to be Daves latest design ect and welds were good. I went through 3 of these steering systems all due to welds failing. I have pictures to prove it and...
This is def not the first to break. I broke 3 of them until i threw itnin the garbage went to a UMI set up and never looked back. The welds on these steering systems look like a 8 year old welded them. I broke 2 cables and also 15 stitches to my face while i had it for 1 year.

My crew over here in Long Island NY we ride the ocean in water temps in the 60's to max 72 in hot summer. Most of the time we ride after work or early am and the air is in the 70's or lower and with 3/2 or just rash guards n board shorts. We ride till december in 3/2 w/ booties n gloves before...
That 3m eraser wheel works great. Throw it on a high speed drill and be done with it. Few years ago I stripped an entire Kawasaki 650 sx from the early 90's factory decals in an hr or two with no damage
I have a few i use for fuel storage/transfer tanks during hurricanes and power outages where my generators are running alot. some of the extras friends grabbed from me they work great.
the motor if it is used i dont think they will allow on a plane bc of the gas. I just flew ny to cali for work and they stopped my lithium batteries tools and power tools with 0 gas in them and i cleaned them real well in check in under the plane. Going to aus im sure restrictions will be...
I have used these and love them. Super flexible and ride for hours in winter temps here in ny 40* air and water temps. Also use them for winter fishing and work great

You can do it just make sure the power is off to the amps or I would put a disconnect switch in for the amps power lines after the distribution block just to be safe. But a 2 AWG wire is more than enough. We used to run multiple amps and accessories off 0 or 2 awg wire.
To the make the cart stronger use pressure fittings not the drain water fittings like you uses. The pressure fittings are thicker and have deeper flanges so more glue area. also the sweeps in the turns are stronger. I have used carts like his for years I had a gp1200r 2 seater on one and...
depending on what drain plugs you go with its as easy as drilling a center hole, pulling some foam out to make some room for the plug and screw it in. super easy
Guy we ride with doesnt bolt them in just slid into the tubes and no issues. You only have to bolt them in so they dont fall out doesnt hold weight or anything so pins and clips are fine
