Winch setup is complete. I was wanting to avoid mounting a winch to the bed permanently, so I welded square tubing to my head rack to use as a receiver for the removable winch on my beachcart with an adapter added on. I thought about an electric winch thinking a manual one might be a pain, but...

Carpeted the bunks and installed new wheels. Only thing left to do is instal the winch wounds and it’s ready for the trip to Daytona!
