I’d like to say I’m the first one to do this, but idk. I got this last at the begining of last spring and after numerous trips to the surf and chasing yachts on the lake it’s hurting. So I decided why not rocker the front and reinforce the whole ski.

Winch setup is complete. I was wanting to avoid mounting a winch to the bed permanently, so I welded square tubing to my head rack to use as a receiver for the removable winch on my beachcart with an adapter added on. I thought about an electric winch thinking a manual one might be a pain, but...
I finally got to test out the setup and I figured out that the ramp actually works pretty good for a 3rd bunk. The front I lifted 3” before this pic was taken and I didn’t install the rear lift until after this pic, which is why it’s so squatted.
