I'm trying to find the dryest most sheilded airbox for an SBN44/46 to fit in an X2 with single carb. Any suggestions?

I just converted my X2 oil tank into a reserve tank, giving me much more range for long rides. It even is external fill with an SX cap and using a small funnell. I'm tired of running out before the others in our group.

My 44 Mikuni goes way rich when doing a fountain at just off idle, it won't clear out at all and will choke the motor eventually. Normal riding I don't notice much of a problem going from idle to wide open. Do I want more or less spring and/or needle and seat.

Saw the commercial tonight, looked like an SJ off a big wave.

After riding my X2 and getting use to the wide stable stance, I almost hate the narrow tray of any standup. So which footholds give the widest stance in the tray? I am looking for a newer SJ, but will have to put footholds in right away after I get it. I would like to have my toes almost...

Just got mine back from Robert at Jetskimechanic.com, it took forever from skat, as they are swamped and are slow with custom orders. Can't wait to get it out and try it, i'm sitting about 7mm from the stator veins.
