All of our viton seals swell for methanol use and from our charts at work, ethanol and methanol exhibit the same characteristics on orings and seals. We use buna-n (nitrile) for everything. If you use E-10 gas, you might want to see if those are available in nitrile, they might last a bit...

There has been talk on the board about the performance of single/dual carbs on each setup. The conclusion is that a 61x runs better on a single carb because of the intake design and a 62t runs better on dual carbs for the same reason.

If I ever go with these type of jugs, they will be THESE ONES.

While we don't expect to collect enough to build him another $13k ski, we are hoping to at least get him a running ski with a few of the parts...

Funny, I haven't noticed a big difference in my riding depending on which can I filled with. Maybe I havn't put enough foam in my gas cans to make a difference.

If you are talking about those one with the little tab you have to 'unlock' to use, look under the handle and you can get in there and removed that interlock thing. Then you have a spring loaded pour valve. I like mine, they do pour a bit slow, but not bad at all.

Yep, then you seal up your tray area and use that for your fuel tank. It's all about weight distribution. What's this have to do with your wife?
