What is the maximum number of turns out until it stops any effect? I always heard 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 is max, but saw a thread that said to start 3 turns out??? Also, is it different for a Keihin versus a Mikuni? Thanks!!!!!!

Started to plumb up pisser for cold water. realized I didnt have a restricor Looked around and found that a 32 caliber unfired slug fits perfect in the inlet of the pisser Easy to drill a hole through the nice soft lead went with 7/64 which is 2.78 mm:biggrin:

1990 SN midhaft, needs new bearing and seals 1. do you have to remove the coupler or can it be done intact? 2. what is up with the grease cap halfway on the coupler (see below)? 3. when pushing the shaft back in, do have only the coupler side seals in place (like RN service manual shows) or...

this piston from my 750 is missing a small piece there is also a little crack that goes all the way through, skirt flexes some it should be OK? clean up with a little steel wool, yes? :bigok:

I got this motor and pipe package to repower my 750 from a board member there are two cooling outlets on the head, oner for pipe and one for .. a. connect to temp sensor and factory pisser b. take overboard via new pisser c. block off Thanks!

Ski quit- no spark, pulled cover, stator was chewed up! Finally got flywheel off to reveal mostly awol crank seal :omfg: stator

does this bendix look OK? spins free, retracts properly, looks like my new one thanks!
