Brian, what is pump and nozzle tuning? Is it boring, proper pitch on the prop and right size pump or just tweaking like cleaning the flashing on the castings, repitching prop, still trying to learn as much as I can. cheers Ray

So did you send him the ski or does he talk you through the setup? (I'm sure that he gives you the intial setup being say jets and pop off) and then does he get back to you and tell you to turn this screw out an 1/8th or that screw out a 1/4 and so on? Cheers Ray

Ok mine was in a super jet, but what I did was drill out the rivets on the exhaust flange, knocked the pipe from the engine bay with a mallet and block of wood, gave the pipe to a buddy who welds aluminum, got it back within a 1/2 hr, gooped the back of the flange with 3M 5200 and reinserted...

I cut through mine, putting in footholds,pulled it out, welded it up and all was good not a big deal. Cheers Ray
