It looks like a 1st version XFS to me, before the Thailand factory. It has enough key features like the tray turf and Rickter emblems that you can't buy separate, that I believe it's a real Rickter.

BK is saying that actually is the trim limiter, it is designed to touch like that, that's why it has the slot that allows you too adjust it. As for the bolt, Rickters usually come with a shorthead bolt for the pumps, but the threads normally aren't long enough to add the trim cable bracket, file...

on my first Rickter build I shortened one coupler half to make it fit, my next one Cold Fusion sold me Rickter couplers, one was shorter than the other and they bolted up nicely.
