Im not sure of thier background but I will say, watching Tomski from Havasu, Mark Murphy from the Midwest and Neil from Colorado shred the surf like they do is amazing. Those guys live farther than me from the ocean and they FRIGGIN RIP! Mark Tomski Neil

I think the thing that took me the longest to learn was how to read waves. After all this time Im still learning! I notice the guys that are/were surfers can read waves like nobodys business. Just wondering how many people grew up surfing?
