Add me to the list of Inversion Table users. I've had some lower back problems for a long time and since I've been using the table, it's been a lot better. I get inverted 2-3 times a week usually.
My best advice is to start SLOW. Don't go all the way inverted the first couple of times, and...
DO IT!!! How often does something like this happen? Work will be there on Monday, unfortunately.
Besides, it's not like you're going to get anything done tomorrow anyway. :bump:

Great first tries, IMO. In the smaller, not as steep stuff, try "blipping" your throttle before you hit the wave. It will cause the nose to drop, then when you pin it and start up the face, you'll be helping the rotation to start.
