Thanks for that link. My pond is about 60x100 and stream fed. I thought I could made a ramp on 1 side to make it a tuning tank but haven't. I used it to swim in and just yesterday my kids and i had a remote control jetski in it.

The waterbox in different on the 750. It's in the left rear on engine compartment. You will need the 750 exhaust. Also the electric box mounting is much different use all the brackets from the 750. Alos the timing is different. Are you using the 750 or 800 electrical box? You much better off...
I don't no the laws in each state but here in NJ residential renters have too many rights. It can take 2-3 years to evict a bad/unpaiding renter out of your house. Commercial properties are a saver investment.
