If I have gaskets that say they can applied dry should I add any sealant on them? (Flywheel, intake, exhaust gaskets) I have always heard to install them dry, but recently I have hearing otherwise.

SO I rebuilt my 1993 SJ fuel pump the other day. I put it back together how it came apart....but I am unsure if it was correct. Its leaking fuel now It only had 1 black gasket, not two. Is that correct? See picture.
