How bad was it backfiring?

If it is loading up with to much full at the top end, would that cause a backfiring?

Just picked up a square nose with a 701 in it. Have no history on the ski except it needs work. Starts fine and seems to run good until reved up then it backfires. Any help on fixing this would be awesome. Trying to get it on the water for this weekend. Thank you

That was 7 pages of a tease. But I really can't wait to see how this thing turns out. I will be checking in when it gets to page 12 to see if there is any more on the hull.

Looks good. Just defoamed and cut the back off my SN, still need to cut the hood and nose up. But I ha e learned a lot from your build. Might be getting ahold of you for tips.in the future

I am sure that I have read it somewhere but what is the point of vacuum sealing the hood?
