I feel ya. I've been working early on Thursday's to finish up by about 3. Hitting the road from Rancho Cucamonga at 3 gets me to Lake at about 4-4:30 depending on traffic.

I've been contemplating an inflator and one of those cutoff tools for longer than I care to admit. Recently I ran across some cool conversions for those cutoffs to turn them into belt sanders. I've used then hell out of my regular pneumatic belt sander over the years on ski mods & repairs...

I rode one of these many years ago. It rode like a SXR that was the size of a 550. It was great fun. One the most underrated hulls out there in my opinion.

Have one in my XS900 powered -6 SF Badass. Put it in at the end of the season last year. Only a couple rides in with it and suffering through some unrelated carb tuning issues, but no complaints on the 150 SS.
