He makes good stuff, but if you beat on it like I do you'll want to make a center support bar... I made a billet piece and bolted everything tight. I ripped the welds off after one season of riding at the side angled aluminum plates in front of the steering plate.

Exactly. I completely removed the rear exhaust because of this foothold issue. The side exhaust was easy because I used a Polaris 780 Exhaust outlet piece and just formed some carbon over 2-part foam...

I widened my rails on my superjet using Balsa wood core and then a sandwich of 8oz. glass and Kevlar to mold it into the side of the hull... You can check out my sig for more photos. As for the nose though... that's going to be a feat...

Has anyone seen or heard of this before... Supposedly a perforated internal cone within the expansion chamber can lengthen your powerband... I guess it is supposed to act as a larger expansion chamber when the rpms are low and as they pick up, it acts like a peaky expansion...

Re-turfed with full 26mm underpad and 1.2 inches of pad on tops. Added surfing 'sexwax' to the foothold turf for added grip. Now when only my toes are in the holds I can still have full control without worrying my foot is going to slip out... Might be bad however because when my foot...
