running stiff pole? that can make the front of the hood opening sag like the sn's do if everything is lined up,the ski is not warped from running stiff pole and the seal is installed properly the stock seal will not leak.

your in the ballpark but the pole,pump and the rest of the bits and pieces will add up.i think it would be hard to build a complete ski from scratch even using some used parts for less than 10K
