It's been a while since I have posted. I got my pump fixed, and thought I'd throw on a thrust trim too.
This is the empty spot where the insert goes.
Here is the insert in the hole it came from
Sanded the hole and mixed up some tap plastics super hard 4-1 resin with cabosil and poured it...
If it says it needs the carb cleaned just don't buy it. I'd say get the cleanest ski you can for your price range no matter what kind (440,550,650, or superjet) as long as you're on the water and not the wrench, you'll be having fun!!

This ski may not have the inside him tags.. I used to own this ski the whole inside is reinforced with carbon. I cannot recall it having the internal hin. If it's on its behind the exhaust

Of course it makes sense the more the merrier but all saying is I'VE never had a problem only running just a bilge. If someone wants dual cooling and doesn't have the means to install another line, I'm saying I've been fine with it.

On the other end of it. I've always had that tube as a dual cooling line instead and used a rule 500 as my only way to remove water. It worked fine. If your bilge stops working you can tell when your ski is heavy.

Works with bmx style levers. I make mine, get the bulk cable sheathing and then a long brake line it runs through a bolt with a knarp on it. It's crazy how smooth it pulls.

Like to do a little bumpy. I have to take out the motor and take her all apart again. 2 pump inserts ripped out of the hull and my midshaft sounds like a blender. I'll post pics and procedure of my insert install.

Fractured c2 and a fractured l5-s1 with 2 herniated disks and a lesioned disk.. Healing and health and good morale starts with a good diet. Stretch in the morning, I got cortisone shots and epidurals those only took the edge off. What helps the most is not "benching" yourself. Stay active but...
I'm going to be making one. Underneath there will be center square tubing 2" ID with holes drilled in each side, it will be a receiver for the bow stop. I'll be using a standard hitch pin to hold it in place. Reason for it on both sides so I can switch side of bow stop and it'll be removable...
He's probably busy with work. I'll just say. I rode it and wow that thing is great! Once you put in a few minutes on it you get adjusted to it super fast. It's super nimble and stable, the splash guard keeps water out of your face. It doesn't do anything you don't want it to. The hull is...
I ended up taking out those rear foothold bumps, they never really locked in my foot and just got in the way of my ankle when I used the front ones... This hull rides nose high already in the front holds, using the rear holds just made it to hard to ride.
