well i have a set made that will work with a stock bed plate. I ended up using a m 10 bolt 10.9 hrd and cut the head down. stainless fender washer & the urethain bushing I cut on a lathe to get the shape I wanted.
I did not get a chance to run them in daytona as I ran out of time & chose...
I have a bruise on my leg I should post on the carnage thread from that one.
Great weekend, Had a blast....:friday:
I'll have to work on that no feet re-entry
it should already have a 44mm carb on it. changing from the rb carb to a sbn 44 carb, higher compression head, fpp half pipe & 15/15.5 prop will do alot & not totally kill reliability with proper jetting.
Put a good prop in it first (if you havent already). the aluminum stockers wear out &...
if i make these right I wont need kenney keepers to hold the forward/lateral movement & it will be well supported in the case of inverted (bad) landings.
It may how-ever rip the mount bolts out of the hull or crack/break the mount base. I have another quickie reinforcement set-up I put...
we leave wed night 7 days 30 min & counting. 16-17 hours. should get in around noon & ride out the day. cant stop thinking about it.
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM jet ski, beer, jet ski, beer, beer, jet ski, more beer

i know this is is an old post but it got me think'n (and thats always bad). So I went over to my buddies shop & played with his lathe & mill & this is what I came up with.
these would take care of the mount breakage problem but they may cause unwanted vibration. urethaine bushing & through...
I'm going to try the stocker to start. I ran last half of the summer with the worx & it seemed to really grip. I think with the pump stuffer, cut ride plate & stocker it should get back some slide.
I'll have them both so I might swap them out just to see the differance on the spot...
so, I finally installed the TBM pump suffer with freestyle cone, that should be fun in daytona. I also cut the ride plate off flush (no D cut Yet) to see what that does with how it rides.
I think I'm going run the stock intake grate for daytona
I'm putting on a handle pole limit...
Proformace1, thats cool. I'm good with my room but someone else is sure to jump in needing a room. I got a hold of Lou & he called me when he canceled his room.
He gave the lady @ reservations my name & number. I called a couple min later & she was more than happy to take my money...

Mxkris.... thanks for the offer, I have 2 buds & 3-4 skis riding down with so we will prob need to get our own room to crash in
so, it looks like its going to be alot bigger than last year, I drove down last minute last year & got a room @ the coral beach w/o a res.
The Coral Beach is sold out as of today for the 15,16,17th when I called. the Best Western still has rooms @ 119.99 per night ocean view
does...
If I remember correctly beach opens @ 9 & closes @ 5. you don't want to leave your car there unless you like salt water in it. The tide comes in pretty far (and I think they will tow it)
so yes, they close the beach to cars at night.
as far as sleeping in your car, I suppose you can...
I had one that had water in the electrical box & the internals were bad. caused similer problem
spark + fuel + compression = engine running
x2 on the ground wire to e-box
go get a manual & start trouble-shooting, sounds like ign to me
check the bilge at the reduction cone. if there is no pipe protruding into the water path then the pump pressure will be applied into the bilge line, thus filling the ski. I had a cone do this, I glued a piece of (i think copper) water line in the hole & the problem was fixed. this was on an...
disconnecting the battery while it is running sounds like a bad idea to me.
check voltage with a volt ohm meter. should be 11-12 volts engine off. with engine running it should read above 12 volts depending on engine rpm. could be a stator or voltage regulator problem. i believe the...
