    My current curve is: 28º static 5000 RPM start retard 8250 Rev limit 15º total timing removal That's on a 8mm x 81.5mm Lamey, non PV, with 190 psi flat-top Kawasaki pistons.

    Time to get rid of it! I just took it for a 41 mile trail ride last weekend and the thing ran awesome. In fact, that's the only tank of gas I've run through it since I got it last fall. It's in excellent condition. There's a few little goodies on it like an Excel A60 rear rim, Renthal 40 tooth...

    That's great! You won't be disapointed in the rest of the classes. They are very informative. I'm looking forward to teaching it again this fall. Hopefully I don't forget anything over the summer...

    I wonder if lost foam casting was pursued at all? I would think consistancy would be pretty good with that method.
