Double up on check valves or move to a stiffer plastic, add two of the attached kidney blocks, drill those returns and set your fuel pressure to 1-2psi at idle and about 5-6 psi wide open. Your fuel pressure will be pretty high as it is right now with no drilled out restrictors.

    62T Starter Issue

You will still read continuity through a mostly corroded hot/ground wire with a multimeter. The issue really only rears its head when under load. Bet you your hot cable is about on its way out. Starter should spin with decent torque and speed though.

Anyways I think you should just go for it dude. Do some reading and put your self to the test.

Sources on 2-stroke theory - Performance related

I’d have to disagree with this one, I believe skis are the hardest hands down when it comes to fine tuning. It is so much easier to pick a tire size and sprocket combo on a bike/atv and know what works then it is to find the perfect combination of intake grate/prop/stator/bore/cone/etc. There’s...

The two stroke tuners handbook is great for getting a fundamental understanding on most of the principals of two stroke tuning and is for sure a good place to start. It obviously wont cover water injection but that’s not a hard concept either. You can pick up a lot of good information online too...

    Is bigger better?

Crazy part is these days you could have a 1200 for right around the same price as a 900 if you do a little shopping. A 900 paired to a 148 is a riot but a properly setup 1200 w a 155+ is a whole other animal.

BA Freak (155 conversion) & carbon circus

finally, a breakthrough in superfreak technology… superior weight reduction (because my skill will obviously be hindered by mere grams) and impervious to salt! Steering cable fitting on the inside of the hull to eliminate the use of half ass rubber fittings and silicone, a female 1/2 pvc...

BA Freak (155 conversion) & carbon circus

Waterlines are in, there is absolutely no room on the pump side bulkhead for fittings. Somehow this sucks even more then the badass did… I got my 1/2 stainless barbs on and sealed and my lines clamped on. Have to figure what I’m going to do for trim tube yet, kinda a PITA. Probably going to have...

    flywheel question

Yes you can run a 62t cdi on a 61x fw and stator. I ran the same exact setup on a built out 760 and had zero issues w a bpipe but I never kept the ski in the water.
