my buddys x-2 suffered some carnage, he bottomed it out on the sand, broke the fuel tank loose, took out the battery box, which took out the starter relay, engine shifted so far back that it pushed the nose cone of the pump out the back. and he sprained his ankle in the process.

i know he has used the b-2 cable in his. its alot more stout but i believe it requires a bit if modding..

o.k. i searched around here but didn't find what i was looking for so here goes: my buddy has a stock x-2 that he has added a coffman pipe and a a/m intake manifold for a single mikuni 44mm. he also has a round body 44mm carb, however i have a sbn 44mm that was an oem yamaha. really looking...

i would say if you don't have a flush kit. make one. there is hoses available to flush your ski. i would flush it and not wait. salt water is probably the most corrosive natural thing on this planet..

i got four years on mine, and its been drained a couple of times. the cheaper wal mart battery you couldn't give me, died inside 6 mos, so i upgraded to the more expensive one and almost got a year out of it. the yuasa is in stock locally so i'd prolly go get another one when i need it..
