No way to Bench Test a Flywheel (OCD hasn't built one yet ;)). The machining process to lighten the Flywheel can damage the Magnets by applying Heat and Bending stresses. So can using an Impact Wrench to remove the Flywheel Bolt, beating on a Flywheel trying to pull it out or the impact shock...

Should pop clean. No bubbling or fizzing. Means the Needle Valve is leaking. Maybe it's the Valve Body O-Ring. Or maybe its the Needle Tip with a wear groove.

Is this Pipe unique, rare and hard to find? Is it comparable to a Factory B Mod Pipe? How did this Pipe perform? One an Ebay for $1100...

Can use Plumber's Plugs aka Expansion Plugs to block any Round Holes; two for the Intake Manifold and one for the Exhaust Manifold. Test thru the Pulse Line.

What Exhaust System are you running? The MSD Enhancer would require some fine tuning (Carb Adjustment Screws) versus the Stock CDI. The MSD Enhancer has more Timing Advance which requires a little more Fuel at the Low Adjustment Screw. And if the Engine is revving higher due to an A/M Tuned...
