Cause when you are coming down from 20' feet or tearing up the surf and you are trying to get traction you want it to be there no matter where your feet are at or going to be.

Okay makes sense. The wife is from Michigan city ,IN and now a 6 year Florida transplant. If they are still having to ride in that cold sh*t , then props to them cause I would move after about a week or 2 of dealing with cold water in April.

Good call:fing02: , the only manufacturer I have dealt with is Yamaha for the past 15 years before getting the Blasters. Everyone we ride with in the surf that constatly tortures their watercraft rides Kawasakis, mainly X-2 s.:confused:

If I didn't already have my current set-up I would be all on that. Especially if I was anyone thinking about getting my first blaster. Cause you find out when you get 1, you want a second or third for back-up.:smile:
I take the battery box out. Take out a little foam where the ends of the bolts are gonna go. 4 stainless 1/8th" plates predrilled to match strap holes. 5200 on the top of plates, put the bolts w/ washers through the strap ends and nut them up. Some do not prefer this method :sneaky: but the deck...
