I wouldn't mind waiting but I think that's a bit high for a stock 650. It doesn't include the stator or ebox right? I was told by a few experienced members that the engine should run around 300 shipped. Let me know if that works for you.

Awesome, Im glad to hear your ski is tuned up and ready to rock! :) Something you might do is take a white mechanics pen (that stays on through oil etc) and mark the screw settings on your carb. Put a little dash inline with the screwdriver slot so that you can easily check to ensure the screws...

I cant see what the second compression number is, it seems it says 154/ something. Find out what the compression is and let me know your price on it shipped to 96073. Is the engine stock or bored once/twice/etc. Thanks

Thanks everyone for your help. I talked more with Bruceski and it seems the best route for me at this point is to find a cheap and complete running 650 and throw it in. I just want to get my brother out on the water with me and not have him disappointed. Im not familiar enough with ski engines...

Yup, Im going with a stock compression 701 top end replacement. Either 61x or 62t.
