    depends what you mean by bottom if you are saying just off idel then yes its not going to have as much as a cylinder ported for just for bottom end in the mid range its more than likely have more and well the top end is going to haul i think you could gain a bit with moving the transfers up...

    ok the cylinder is std height the exhaust port is roughly 192 degrees duration the transfer is 117 degrees duration this is a stroker cylinder its quite a high exhaust port it will run ok but you will need to put big comression on it to make it come off the bottom and then it will scream...
