i like to use the lower speed for paint and high speed for metal

you can go to like harbor freight and get a cheap buffer for like $29.00 for this and it will work just fine you dont need an expensive one the cheap one will work just as good

if you get a msd enhancer that will add a bunch getting rid of that stock rev limiter and advancing the timeing
