All helmet cam footage pretty much sucks as far as the cam movement. This is good for stopping and shooting footage of someone. I was thinking of how footage would look with one of the chest mounts.....

I looks like your hood strap was not tight, or was not straight when you tightened it.
you did not include any of me towing in your sunk ski in the washing machine condtions. Jim was bear hugged on the hood while we towed it in backwards. I could only see the top of his helmet.

do a search on how to check the squish.
Check the squish as it is now. take it to a machine shop and take enough off to get to 45thou of an inch.
Or just buy an aftermarket head.

I cut the center out of the SN hood, epoxied the cut down raider hood part, filled the voids with great stuff can foam, cut and shaped the foam and laid glass over it. then I glassed in the bottom 6inches or so of a stock SN pole. Stock up on sandpaper!!

I would not swap out the WHOLE other box, swap just the coil. But first, I'd get some of the good waterproof (expensive marine ones) butt splices and fix those coil wires better and see if you are running right then.
Yeah, I'm ordering a set of 3.5 inch ROK risers off ebay. I wish I knew which snowmobile's handdlebar clamps had the same spacing as the UMI steering neck. The block risers are much cheaper than the adjustable ROK risers.

I've been running the tray filled with various sizes of plastic bottles packed in, but have not sunk it yet. Reinforced the tray and hull sides from inside while the foam was out. have the blue panel foam in the tray sides. Still run the Std nose foam also.
