The duct tape kept the foam from sticking to the fiberglass. I used what I had left over from reinforcing the hull. 1708 I think. Came out alittle heavey but its solid. After I finished the outside I then did a new liner.

outer wears I tried them when I first got my new motor this year. I have the BJ,s as well. It was a nightmare to try and tune. I finally figured out that it was the outer wears that was cuasing all of my problems.

I dont know anything about the 08,but the reinforcement isnt that neccessary for flatwater.Once you start trying to BR allot then I might. I think keeping the hood on from failed rolls is more inportant.We dont get high enough from BR ing to hurt the ski IMO.
