Hi i have a 1988 kawasaki 650sx and i had the motor rebuilt and bored 2mm over and i also got a mikuni 44mm carb. and it has a wet wolf cone. And when i pull the throttle the ski is faster at half throttle then at full throttle what would cause this? and how could i fix it?

i ended up ordering: Hood straps Handle pole rope 2 rule 500 gph bilge pumps tow loop Two black straight fittings. A universal kill switch with lanyard and a bilge pump switch on it. lifter wedges until i get foothold. (out of money :/) and 2 3ft bilge hoses. Thats all for now :) am i missing...
