I'm holding out for the 1500...lol

Anyone tried the different FS2/FR2 rideplates? I am running the small/short plate now and thinking about trying the medium one to see if it keeps the nose down a little more in the surf. Looking for any feedback from someone who has tried any of the MED or LONG plates. Thanks.

Permit is $50 and good only in the offseason. You cannot beach/ocean launch a ski there though even with the permit, park rangers will give you a ticket.

Ski ran like a top in Daytona. The 865 was fogged when I got down there, and didnt even change the plugs after burning off the fogging oil. Put 31 gallons thru it in Daytona with zero hicups. Only incident was my fault... where I smashed the steering nozzle and reduction nozzle on a sandbar...

I trashed a reduction and completely obliterated the steering nozzle, but luckily had 2 jetmaniac spares with me.

If you have it documented that $6000 was agreed on..... I'd tell him too bad. Leave neg feedback factually detailing the transaction if he bothers you more.

I've ridden over 13 different surf spots in NJ, but only 2-3 that I would ever try to have a sizable ride at. During the memoral-labor day summer months... BL inlet, Corsons, Hereford Inlet, and Brigantine (with 4x4 permit!) are the best options. DO NOT TRY TO JETSKI AT ISLAND BEACH! BIG...
