What are you thinking for the pump? Seems like jetsurf has it figured out. But not sure if you could buy just the pump from them.

Ring might have come out of the groove during install. Or maybe the rings are upside down? Check your ring gap and with the ada head you want to torque it a little more then stock specs.

Have you looked into buying a decent cylinder off ebay that doesn't need a bore?

Go on marketplace and craigslist and see what other ones are listed at then subtract 400$. Also look at gp800 and xl760 to get a guesstimate.

The thread on here for that freeform hull ended up with people complaining that they wouldn't be able to add footholds because of the material. I dont think the guy ever intended to sell many hulls. He wanted to sell the company.

You can put a 17mm open end wrench on the end of the flywheel bolt and it will keep the flywheel from moving.

Do the same thing but for how many hours you've spent staring at your phone and the tv. :P

I think the best way to go would be stamped aluminum. Light and strong; can glass or gelcoat over it.
