I thought when you send cylinders off to be coated you sent pistons or they supplied and the did the coating to give the proper clearance.

It was called a false positive. Do the research. There are so may of these results.

Dasa 820 6mm stroker crank with Black Jack 44's. You will be fine with 44's. I ran these on basically same motor you are running before I got my DASA.

When you say PRICE IS FOR STOCK SKI, do you mean you are removing the AM Exhaust, Head, & Flame Arrestors?

Friend had the RRP setup, Pipe and Box, It let water in the motor everytime he stopped. never seen anything like it. He ended up selling the ski before he found a solution. Few peeps I talked to all said, Swap to a PF Waterbox.

You have a Butches / Westcoast Exhaust there. (Red Pipe). It is a good pipe, but I would not use it unless you get your cylinders ported.

Any specific hull? There are 4 basic versions and they cover every end of the spectrum. What type of riding are you looking for?
