Very good point. When I pulled my motor to rebuild, many of the bolts were loose on the mouting system. Locktite.

The adjustable motor mounting system is the only real PIA compaired to a reg SJ build. Motor alignment takes a bit longer. (buy plenty of shims.) Other then that is pretty strait forward and everything bolts right up for the most part.

Agreed, I love riding but its just too scary on the roads in NY/NJ area. My enduro bike is road legal but 99.99999% of the time I stay in the woods, trees are alot safer then soccer moms in minivans texting.

I have a bunch of the male to 3x female 50' extension cords. With 4 of them, and a plug strip or two I can cover 90% of my place. Thinking about doing some form of hookup for the gen to power a subpanel of the house, with a manual transfer switch setup...but I will probably cheap out and stick...

First off, great choice on going inverter. Yes they cost alot more, but everyone I know who had a big noninverter could not keep gas in it, because how much they burn. Also noninverters are friggin LOUD, and annoying at 2am. I debated back and forth for weeks, between a 2000, 2400, or a 3000...

They were doing the same inspection process here to all the first floor units that got flooded. Unfortunatley looks like someone was running multiple electric heaters and caused there panel to trip, but the breaker failed to trip and started melting.

I am a huge supporter of CCW, but in NJ and NYC....the penalties are made to be so harsh (mandatory years in prison) that its not worth it for the non-criminal to risk it. Only criminals are armed here (outside of the home).

This is in New York City. There is NO WHERE to legally ride an MX bike anywhere within hours....LOL! Wydopen has it 100% right! Rear wheel only.
