where the domes touch the head, it broke through the anodizing and from there it got worse and worse. the domes had notches in them too.

just replaced an ada head that was worn out doin the same thing. id say time for a new head.

if i understand your posting you have an exaust leak, find and fix it. both bilge pumps? im assuming someone put electric pumps in the ski. it would depend on witch one grabs water, if you have one up front and one in back the one in back would get all the water.

i doubt its just the battery, but think about it, a ski is not very stable so small differences in flotation and weight can show dramatically when in the water.
