Not sure. I haven't had a chance to ride mine either. Under the hull review section of the site I saw a post for bobs. Lots of positive feedback there. I went with the bob because I got a good deal on the hull and think it's a good stepping stone into the AM world. It also gave me room for extra...
What about my midshaft? Should I use the one out of the SN? I feel like I've seen posts where that one womt work because it too short but the midshaft that came with the hull seems too long
My driveshaft sticks out about 2" from the bulkhead on my bob. Is that normal? The engine coupler butts up right next to the midshaft coupler and the plate holes aren't lining up. The midshaft that came with the hull is 7" long. The midshaft from my SN is 6.75" long. Should I use the SN...
Looks like 2" is sticking through. The midshaft out of the SN is 6.75" long to the end of the coupler. The midshaft that came with the Bob is 7". Should I try the midshaft from the SN?
I went to install my motor on a gen 2 bob and have slid it all of the way to the midshaft for alignment and shimming of the motor. My holes for the bed plate won't line up to the motor mounts. One front hole fits but the back holes are just missing it by half the hole size. I'm not sure what...
Ok I got the CF tool in the mail yesterday but have a question that may be dumb but oh well. Do I install the tool to the bulkhead and put the sleeve inside the open hole then install the pump or install the tool to the bulkhead then the pump and use the sleeve to see if my pump is aligned?
I think I'm going to stick with how the RRP system is set up now and see if the straight bars are something I can get used too. I keep getting antsy and wanting to change things when I'm reality I just need the lake to thaw and just ride the ski
I see a lot of guys running straight bars or zero degree bars instead of slightly bent bars. Personally 0 degree bars kill my back and a 4 or 7 degree bar has been more comfortable with my 550 and SN. I recently purchased a RRP setup and it has 0 degree bars. I'm sure most will say keep them and...
