    Who,s running an ATP waterbox

Alright, Hooked it to city water and found it was cracked! Damn. Luckily I guess, it was on the outside. Local guy welded it up on the spot for 25 bucks and as of right now no leaks. Water testing this weekend and playing with the top screw. I am not sure that the crack would have had any...

    Who,s running an ATP waterbox

Well I just finished the pressure test. The middle and bottom didn't leak. The top was squirting somewhat of a stream. Not like I was kinda hoping for. I adjusted it to a spray pattern. I do not know what kind of pressure the cooling system produces . I have maybe 40-50 psi at the RV park. I...

    Who,s running an ATP waterbox

After cleaning the flow control valve it didn't overheat the waterbox. Now I need to figure out why at slow speeds it seems like the box is full of water and needs to be cleared out. I have to make a few hard runs/ blasts to clear it out then I get the low end punch back. It is a very noticeable...

    Who,s running an ATP waterbox

That's what I have been running. I adjusted the top screw of the b pipe and the box got waaayyyy hot. I cleaned the control valve but haven't re tested. I feel like I get too much water in the box. Its seems to take a lot to clear it out.

    Impeller recommendation

Then I am at a loss then. It really feels like it is breaking up when you idle then nail the throttle. I have gone through everything. Replaced questionable items. Got the screws set per Art. The only thing I can think of next is the ATP waterbox. Maybe it takes too long for it to clear the...

    Super-moto

Thanks Teric! It stops here. I decided instead of putting money into the drz, it would be cheaper in the long run to go with the WR. Its 30lbs lighter and 50cc bigger. Exel wheels with cush talon hubs. Its going to be pretty sweet this year.
