@JC-SuperJet just found one of my FS carbs has a bad bushing/worn throttle plate. Does full spec sell replacement kits for these,? Just called Ed a few minutes ago to ask but saw this post so figured I would ask while I wait for him to get back to me.

You definitely get your money's worth out of your travel on that ride. Looks like more of a hiking trail than a biking trail :cool:

My Edge stock scupper leaked so I ordered a Thrust Ball Scupper. When Installing it I found the glue they used to install the stock scupper valve ran onto the smooth surface should mate to the flap of the scupper causing it to leak. I have a feeling if I would have just removed the excess...

Ouch, Im guessing this is a full re-sleeve since these are Nakasil plated cylinders?

Close your bottom (Low end Carb setting) all the way and see if it makes a difference. If it closed all the way and still runs fat you will need to rejet. Do some searches on carb jetting.

You should probably be researching carb jetting, water routing looks fine. I ran 135 H 125 L on a single 48mm Bomber carb on a similar setup.

Im running the flow guard on my edge with he bpipe coupler mod on my ski. The bpipe coupler mod was a must and the flow guard is an improvement to that. Im not sure the Edge really requires a flow guard like an XFS or BF ski would since the pump is somewhat protected by the ride plate already...
